Culinary Twist Versatile Sauces
"A Taste of Paradise" is a collection of all-natural sauces inspired by exotic destinations. Our first stop is Maya Bay a sheltered cove in Thailand with white sandy beaches, clear blue water cradled by stunning rock cliffs. This Thai inspired sauce is great as a marinade for chicken or to drizzle on seared scallops or other seafood. With the addition of some balsamic vinegar, it makes a great salad dressing. Use it as a dip for Crusty Bread as an alternative to Olive Oil. Our second destination is Bora Bora a Polynesian group of islands surrounded by turquoise waters. Tamarind, California dates and exotic organic chile combine to give this sauce its unique fruitiness with a touch of spice. Tamarind is increasing in demand this year and cooks of all sorts are looking for products like Bora Bora. There is currently nothing like this sauce on the market. Excellent on pork and ribs, or your favorite meat and versatile enough to be spread over softened cream cheese. We even make a deconstructed cheesecake using Bora Bora. This sauce is Gluten-Free. Baja is our third destination. This South-of-the-Border marinade and grill sauce offers the familiar flavors of Smoky Chipotles and lime. It is our spiciest sauce. Brush Baja on fish and seafood in the final minutes of cooking. Chicken, Beef, Pork all shout 'Fiesta' when marinated in Baja sauce. Create a Baja platter with warm tortillas and all the trimmings. This sauce is also Gluten Free. Size : 8.5 oz ( 250ml )
